If we qualify for a rebate, do we have to pay full price out of pocket while waiting for funds?
No. The cut of the project that’s covered by your utility company works like a promise of payment for the manufacturers and wholesalers we work with so you’ll never have to front any money.
As a bonus, sometimes we can even get the entire invoice payment pushed off until the rebate comes in.
Do we have to pay anything for rebate projects that require pre-inspection?
We cover all costs associated to projects. If you purchased equipment with us, the entire rebate application is paid for as well as any inspections required by your utility company.
We offer a turnkey, straightforward solution for our clients.
What kinds of properties do you work with?
We work with Hotels, Senior Living, MDU, and student-housing. The highest rebates are often offered for the first two, however there are always incentives available regardless of project type.
Do you do residential?
No, maybe in the future but our expertise is in commercial incentives!
